At About2Win, we want players and families to feel confident joining our programs and services.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled across our digital products, coaching services and mentorship programs.

Digital Programs

Digital programs such as The Juggling Code may include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee where explicitly advertised.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.

Refund requests made after the stated guarantee period may not be eligible.

Digital Access

Purchasing a digital program grants access to digital content, app features, challenges and platform systems associated with that product.

About2Win reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear misuse, abuse, excessive content consumption followed by refund requests or attempts to exploit the platform unfairly.

1-to-1 Coaching

Coaching sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refundable.

Package sessions may have separate expiry or scheduling terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Mentorship Programs

Mentorship programs may include customised support, coaching calls, resources and personalised guidance.

Because of the nature of these services, mentorship programs may have separate refund terms depending on the structure of the offer.

Challenge Rewards and Promotions

Challenge prizes, rewards, giveaways or promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified, replaced or cancelled where necessary.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
